Becca with Competitive Edge came and worked on my horses, both have been shown heavily this year and one is still working his way back from an injury. Becca was so knowledgeable and thorough, she asked questions about what was going on with each of them and tailored their sessions to fit each horse and their individual needs. At the end of the last session my horse coming back from injury was radiating heat on the right side of his (I had noticed some stiffness and unwillingness to fully use his right hind leg while bringing him back). Becca sprung to action and went back to that area to give him some additional relief. I rode them both the very next day and they felt great. I have had left hip pain for over a year and saw my doctor who diagnosed bursitis. I tried rolling with a foam roller and it was just to painful, tried stretching, and creams. Nothing worked. So essentially I have been living with this for over a year. Not sleeping well because I am a side sleeper and would wake up in the middle of the night with hip pain, wake up in the morning with hip and knee pain. And then I saw Becca was doing this PEMF. It sounded interesting and I started doing some research on it. I scheduled an appointment with Becca and had her come over to the house yesterday. And I have to say last night was the best nights sleep I’ve had in over a year. And I woke up with no hip pain this morning. I forgot what it was like to wake up feeling good.
